The Solution To Idaho Government Waste

Checkbook

Like I said, the 2010 Idaho Pork Report could keep me going for days. It’s awful what our elected leaders are getting away with. There is a solution, provided by the authors of the 2010 Idaho Pork Report. We have a right to see what they are spending on furniture, meals, and transportation. Our universities are crying for more money, while they lavishly spend a grand for a desk? The University of Idaho spent over one hundred thousand dollars to employ a “Chief Inspiration Officer,” Magaly Rodriguez for 9 months, who spent 0-10 days on campus each month, coining such phrases and taking credit for them, such as “peacemaking.” Nobody really knows what she did. Our Education Department over inflates way too many salaries. Some agencies such as Idaho Health and Welfare can tally up over $12,000  in one week for “pizza parties, lunches, and snacks” WITHOUT supporting documentation. Some people cannot even make that amount in one year in Idaho – WORKING. I could go on and on.

We need this and we have the right to monitor the financial activity of our taxpayer money. We need it now!

Additionally, here locally, we have the President of North Idaho College, Pricilla Bell,  –  giving up ’education  money’  to area Chamber of Commerces for railings of all things – kind of a ‘quid pro quo’ gesture, I guess.  More Arrogance from NIC.

With these kinds of people in charge, it’s not a wonder why the education budget needs to be cut. They are wasteful.

I want my money back!
