Okay, what is this? I thought the people funded these sorts of things. It is my understanding that this (judiciary site) is part of the public domain, unless an individual allows use of their work such as the pictures posted on the Idaho Fish and Game Website. How does the Idaho Judiciary claim a copyright? This speaks volumes to their competency. Six years later, they are still too lazy or just don’t care to update or even correct the accuracy of their content - note the 2004 date on the copyright notice. Great work by our Idaho Judiciary?
